Twelve-Week Deep Dive
For those ready to explore more fully or work toward longer-term change

Twelve weeks gives us room to go deeper, gently and at your pace. In addition to the work completed in the initial 6 weeks, we might focus on:
Reframing key life experiences or trauma

o Mapping life stages or turning points through a neurodivergent lens
o Identifying internalised blame from misunderstood or invalidated experiences
o Acknowledging cumulative trauma from misattunement, rejection or masking
​Navigating neurodivergent parenting, study or workplace life
​
o Managing executive function, overload, and competing responsibilities
o Creating sustainable structures that honour your capacity
o Dealing with imposter syndrome, performance pressure or shame
o Advocating for support in complex environments
​Strengthening boundaries and communication strategies
​
o Naming what’s okay and what’s not without guilt
o Navigating common patterns in cross-neurotype communication
o Reducing masking in relationships while maintaining connection
o Exploring conflict, consent and emotional safety at your own pace
​Working toward future clarity, structure and self-trust
​
o Naming what you want, not what others expect from you
o Identifying values that truly resonate (not just inherited ones)
o Exploring what rhythm, structure, or spaciousness feels good in your body
o Building confidence to shape a life that feels possible and yours
You'll receive:

· 12 weekly online 50-minute sessions (can also be done in twice-weekly sessions over 6 weeks).
· Light session notes and flexible between-session check-ins
· Optional emailed resources or reflective tasks
​
Reduced fee of £40 per session for 12 week commitment (20% discount on full single session fees)
