These elements work together to give you the space to understand who you are, what you've experienced and where you want to go - without judgment or pressure. Each session is flexible, collaborative and focused on what’s most important to you.
Looking Back: Therapeutic Foundations
We make space for your story. Many neurodivergent people have experienced trauma. Not just from events, but from being misunderstood. This isn’t about pathologising your past but honouring it and letting go of what no longer serves you.
Navigating the Present: Mentoring
Through incorporating mentoring practices, we’ll focus on supporting executive function, planning and self-regulation. Exploring identity, sensory needs and communication styles. Navigating neurodivergent life.
Looking Forward: Coaching
Coaching is about finding clarity in a way that feels safe and sustainable. We will work on clarifying values and priorities, visualise meanings of authenticity and set achievable, flexible goals.
