About me
I am a qualified neurodiversity and life coach, mentor and counselling-trained practitioner. I support people who are navigating neurodivergent trauma resurfacing, diagnosis, self-discovery, masking, parenting, cross-neurotype relationships and more.

I am also a neurodivergent doctoral researcher, specialising in trauma, agency, recognition and identity in late-identifying autistic women at the University of Kent under Dr. Damian Milton. My academic work is grounded in critical autism studies, feminist theory and participatory research. Everything I do is shaped by lived experience.
At the heart of it, I’m someone who has been there. I still am, in many ways. And I believe you deserve support that feels human, respectful and real.
I’m here to walk alongside you and explore ways to achieve clarity by acknowledging and recognising your narrative.
Why I Started Neurodivergent Clarity
I started this practice for people like me: neurodivergent individuals navigating their identities, rethinking their life stories and exploring who they want to authentically be. My work focuses on those beginning or expanding ways to see themselves differently, often after years of adapting, coping or suppressing parts of themselves to fit societal expectations.
I created this space for those questioning their narratives, reflecting on the marginalisation they've faced and trying to understand why their neurodivergence was misunderstood. It’s a place to process the wide range of emotions that emerge during this journey.
This space is for those moments of creating space for you. When you start asking what’s actually true for you and wish to explore that with someone who understands, who has lived it and who can support you in the gradual understanding of your personal, authentic neurodivergent self. I offer a collaborative place to walk those steps.
