Facilitated Peer Sessions (Coming Soon)

A small, supportive space for shared reflection, connection and growth. These small-group online sessions (max 6 participants) will be lightly structured around shared themes, such as:

Discovering identity after late diagnosis

  • For those newly identifying as autistic or otherwise neurodivergent, this space supports:

  • Making sense of your life story through a new lens

  • Working through the confusion and experiences of “finally knowing”

  • Re-evaluating your relationships, patterns, and needs

  • Exploring authenticity beyond past roles or performances

The daily experiences of a Late Diagnosis

  • Navigating the in-between space: not the person others thought you were, not quite sure who you are yet

  • Managing the emotional weight of realisation

  • Rebuilding identity outside of performance, pathology, or productivity

Masking

  • Understanding how and why we’ve masked in different settings

  • Processing the long-term physical and emotional cost of masking

  • Exploring safe, intentional unmasking in chosen environments

Burnout and boundaries

  • For those realising how long they’ve been performing and how much it’s cost them

  • Understanding what burnout looks like in your life

  • Rebuilding rhythm, rest, and nervous system safety

  • Gently learning to say no and mean it

Reclaiming self-trust and agency

  • For those ready to shift from survival to self-alignment

  • Reframing stories of shame and self-blame

  • Exploring choice, autonomy and internalised “shoulds”

  • Identifying what safety, power, and possibility mean to you now

  • Building confidence to live on your own terms
