Six weekly one-to-one sessions to support you in:

Processing a recent diagnosis or identity shift


Exploring the emotional waves that come with recognition — anger, grief, relief, confusion, hope — and what it means to see your past through a new lens.

Revisiting your story through a neurodivergent lens

 

Looking again at memories, labels and life chapters that may now feel different. Validating what was missed, misunderstood or masked.

Beginning to understand your needs, values and boundaries

 

Identifying what actually feels supportive (not just what you've been told should work), and gently building self-awareness around your needs and boundaries.

​

Gently unmasking and rebuilding your self-understanding

 

Starting to separate survival strategies from your authentic self. Practising new ways of being, even just in this space, where no performance is required.

 

You'll receive:

·       6 weekly online 50-minute sessions

·       Optional reflective prompts between sessions

·       Flexible session content depending on your capacity and focus
